Two-thirds of abnormal eye movements missed in room light

Research shows that when examining a patient in room light, a clinician can miss around two-thirds of abnormal eye movements related to vestibular pathology. The use of infrared video goggles or ENG can detect 100% of these abnormal eye movements!
