This clinically relevant study by Libonati et al (and presented at Barany 2024) outlines the Minimum Stimulus Strategy for diagnosing BPPV. The Upright BPPV Protocol (UBP) is performed in seated position, using head movements along exact spatial axes to detect and treat BPPV, with video-Frenzel goggles monitoring nystagmus.
