Are you missing this easily treatable diagnosis in TBI?

This study by Calzolari et al from Brain, Jan 2021, explores vestibular agnosia in traumatic brain injury and its link to imbalance. The authors propose that TBI patients often present without dizziness/ vertigo, even in the presence of marked BPPV with visible nystagmus, and that clinicians may therefore miss easily treatable vestibular diagnosis.
