Vesticam2 IR video goggles are available in the USA and Canada as:

   1. Video Recording Apparatus (ie: not as a medical device) 

Or as

   2.  Medical Device for education and research purposes only where the user must follow their local rules and regulations related to research and educational medical devices.

Support and warranty

Vesticam2 comes with a full 24-month warranty.  Any returns or repairs within 24 months of purchase are covered by warranty, except for shipping and local taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser. We provide the same excellent support to all Vesticam users, however, please note that our hours are based in UTC +10.  There may be response delays due to time differences.

Customs/Duty Information

Vesticam ships items “Deliver Duty Paid”.  This means that the purchaser is charged the full price of the item, including duties and taxes if they are required, and shipping.  Our carrier then pays the duties and taxes directly.

In some countries (eg: USA) medical devices and devices used for education purposes are exempt from taxes and duties.
